700r4 Overdrive Problem
The transmission will not stay in overdrive.It will go into overdrive if the car is going up a slight grade,but shifts back into third if on straight and level or slight downgrade.Anyone....Ideas....I have changed the fluid and filter twice.?????

Your system runs on both the ECM and Vaccuum Pressure, if I'm not mistaken
It will kick out of over-drive and lock-up when the engine is under load
It will only stay in over-drive under easy-load situations, mostly, on flat stretches
Changing the fluids will not help
