Can a 93's 4L60 valve body, which is different, be swapped for a 92 or older?

 

Sorry i can't really help with the question and im probably wrong but didn't 93 still use the 700r4?

 

Yes, the 93 was a 700R4, yet they changed the nomenclature to 4L60. The 94, for the most part was 4L60E.
1993 was a one off year, as many things were one year only. Some were actually 4L60E's, but mine is a year specific, and the wiring harness on the drivers side has a 5 plug, vice the 4 plug harness for 92 and older.
