I bought an '87 iroc has a th350 in it, I didnt build the tranny so I dont know much about it.. The kickdown cable is missing.. shifts seem too soft, I dont think the kickdown is locked out like on a race tranny, I found underneath where the cable would and I can pull on the the wire that comes out of the tranny. My question is what cable would I need?? I called the parts store and they said their is 4 different ones. I want to hook this up so I don't fry the tranny, or could I just pull out the wire and find some way to lock it full out.. I have a b&m shifter so shifting not a problem.
