I did some searching for about an hour and couldn't find any real answers to what I was looking for.... As the title says; I've put a 700r4 with the digital sender dealio on the tailshaft in my 88 iroc with a mechanical speedometer.

I've decided I want a digital speedometer. There is a plug now where my mechanical speed one went on the tail shaft of the 700r4. What do I need to do to run a speedo off of this? Are aftermarket ones direct plug ins? Any suggestions for an aftermarket that is all in one, I just need to run some wires and adjust it?

this is what I want to now is there a way for me to use the tranny i have with the digital spedo instead of the mechanical (stock) that came with the car. or if I have to change tailhousings or go and exchange the tranny I bought can't seem to find any answers
