Speedometer gear swap 2.73 to 3.23

I just changed my rear end from a 2.73 to a 3.23 and I'm having trouble finding which driven speedometer gear to be used in the rear end change. I was informed to get the brown gear (25513046) for this swap but after installing the new brown gear my speedometer now reads approximately 5 higher than my actual speed when going say 45 (at 45 actual speed my speedometer reads 50). Does anybody know which driven gear to use with a 3.23 rear end? Please help!

You might, if you haven't, check the stickies at the top of the page. In a T-5 swap of the above ratios, you'd have to swap both the drive and driven gears.

If th700r4, yours should have a red drive gear and a "blueish greenish" driven gear (38 teeth?). In wich case you need the grey (44 teeth?).
Not 100% sure the exact number of toots anymore, but I have done it twice and used the grey driven gear from http://www.transmissioncenter.net/sp...0gear%20driven
