i have a v6 92 rs camaro with an automatic Transmission (700r4) and it shifts at 2500 rpm almost everytime. Is there anything i can do to keep it in gear longer before it shifts? Also ive had the car for two years and have put almost 20,000 miles on the transmission and have only changed the filter. Should i get it flushed or anything?

 

that is about the perfect shift point for a 700r4. if you start messing with it without having a shift kit do it it will wear it out.

What would be a good shift kit to get?
And if possible would you know how much and whats the average amount of hours it would take to put in?
