What do I need to go hydraulic?
I have an '83 T/A with a T5 trans and a mechanical clutch linkage (only year with this set-up I think). I'm wanting to swap over to hydraulic clutch system, but I'm not sure what all I need. Is it possible for anyone to give me a complete list of swap parts to get it hydraulic? I'd greatly appreciate it!

McLeod makes a internal hydraulic bearing that bolts in place of your factory
T-5 bearing retainer p/n 1302. They also make a hyd master cylinder for the 3rd gen camaro that bolts to the factory firewall and connects to your pedal assembly using a rod end, that p/n is 139305.

Re: What do I need to go hydraulic?
84-02 clutch pedal (has stud for the master cylinder)
brake pedal clip from a power brakes car (retains the clutch master rod to the clutch pedal securely)
84-92 bellhousing or Lakewood equivalent w/ correct ballstud
Throwout bearing (maybe)
84-92 clutch fork
93-97 LT1 F-body hydraulics (functionally the master and slave are about the same, but they come with a braided steel longer and more flexible line)
84-02 firewall u-bolt (under $20 at dealer or get from j-yard) and two m8x1.25 lock-nuts to hold the master cylinder in place.
Your 83 clutch will work.
That's it for going w/ the 84 setup.
