t5 problem take your best guess

i gor a 2.8 v6 with a t5 but when i press the clutch as soon as it is put in a gear oyher than nutral it moves (clutch peadal still pressed) before you ask the linkages are all conedted and work so the problem is internal there is no gringing when i shift it and the car was driven to my house over hour away it also has been modified to start with out the clutch pushed yea thats safe

i am pulling the engine and trans but i just want your guess to see if this any of you get it right this is just so wierd i had to ask

whwn the trans is out i will post who was right and pics of what ever is inside the belhosing (locked up clutch a ball of cement random bolts) or what ever is causing this lol

Clutch is bad or mis-assembled.

Not a trans problem, unless the lack of clutch disengagement has been going on for long wnough to tear the trans up.

Not particularly weird, especially if mis-assembly is the cause; which is VERY common.

Probably nothing unusual inside the BH beyond the clutch not put together right.

well you may be right i will know tomarrow as i got it all unbolted just got to pick up the crain and pull the engine&trans out i just never had a clutch do this usualy when they go they just slip a lot not the other way around but o well not gona use any of it anyway

Look at the way the throwout is assembled to the fork.



That's the usual mechanical failure (politically correct euphemism for where the mechanic failed to do the job right).
