clutch not releasing all the way

I have a 1992 Firebird with a V6 and a T5 and lately when I put it in gear I get a light grinding, sounds almost like rolling your Rs with your tounge. Its been getting worse, going from only in first to first, second and third. Now I get the transmission not fully releasing first with the clutch in (sometimes). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: clutch not releasing all the way

I'm having the same issue with my v6 auto to 350 5 speed and I had a 305 in it that was overheated years ago and I did not know but I drove the car with the 305 but now I got the 350 in the car won't move and the gears won't engauge when car is running, I can see the clutch moving from the hole I cut for the shifter and I'm stumped do I gotta rip the trans back out and reset it or am I missing something
