Ok I have a problem I bought an lt1 t56 but the guy gave me an ls1 mcleod bellhousing. The bellhousing is sfi approved and brand new so I would like to use it. Is there anyway I can make this setup work, I searched and no one has used an ls1 bellhousing.

If you have to cut it for the LT1 clutch fork, then it's no longer SFI approved.
If you find a hyd. TO brg to use a push clutch with the LT1 trans., that would be the most likely to work. Prepare to screw around with spacing (such as extended pilot bearing and Bearing to pressure plate air gap.)
