You dont need the car to start to bleed the clutch.

The way I did it was make sure the master is full, take a pry bar and pry back on the clutch fork towards the front of the car, then break the bleeder screw open (wait for fluid to and air to come out) then close (maintaining pressure on the fork). Release the fork and allow it to return back to normal. Check your fluid. Repeat about 4 times then you should be good.

Re: need help asap

now the back end of my slave cylinder is pouring fluid when the clutch is pressed in. How hard is that to replace? Im coming out towards the end of the boot. And got worst while bleeding the clutch. I have a firm pedal now, But it pours out when i hit the clutch,

Im trying to sell the car

should i go new or used?

With something this vital to your safety and the cars operation, ALWAYS NEW.
