I have a 9 bolt posi housing with no brakes or wheel studs. Is it possible to take the drums off a '91 RS 10 bolt and put them on the 9 bolt housing? I really want the posi and it's cheap enough...
Also, no bolts for the axles. Any idea what size? I have attached a pic

Not really. The backing plates won't bolt to those flanges.
Not sure about "bolts". Which bolts are you asking about? If it's the wheel studs you can probably get them in Dorman at any "real" parts store. (not AZ, Advance, etc. - CarQuest, Parts Plus, NAPA instead) They're 12mm, don't recall the spline dia or depth off the top of my head, but easy to look up in a catalog.
The pic is about 1" x ¾" on my screen. I can tell there's a rear axle somewhere in a bunch of leaves or grass or something, and that's about it. Not good for a whole lot.

I mean the 4 bolts per side that attach the axles to the housing. Sorry bout the small pic
