ok so my friend is selling me a rear end out of a third gen with disc rear my car has drums now and i was just wondering if the rear end would bolt up with everything like the brake lines and e brake cabel?

Yep. 100% direct bolt-in & it will be up to you if you want to swap out the master cylinder, to a 4-wheel disc master. Some people do, some people don't. But it isn't required to.

While the rear end is a bolt-in, you'll need new parking brake cables, new speedo drive and/or driven gears (if the new rear is a different ratio that the original), and for best brake performance, a new combination valve as the bias changes from drum to standard disc to 1LE. The car will stop without changing the aforementioned valve, but why bother swapping if you don't do the swap correctly? It's unnecessary to change the master cylinder.
