86 z28 clutch problem...stumped!

I need someones help I got an 86 z that is in my words a mutt car lol. We took a 350 out of a buick roadmaster 92 and rebuilt it. Put it n my car...then took a t5 out of a v6 87 camaro...changed the bellhousing and all...replaced the clutch, mastercyln, and slave cyln...and still half the time it won't engage. It feels like when u push the pedal down its not all the way engaged. It catches at the floor and when I mean at the floor its like no play at all. It will roll forward...pedal to the floor. Most of the time u have to turn the car off to get it into 1st or reverse. The tranny is fine, tore the clutch back out...its all fine but I need to know if there is an adjustment that needs to b made or if there is a slave or master cyln w a bigger or smaller bore I can get to push more fluid...if someone has had this problem and can help me. This car also used to be automatic and was swapped to manual!

The hydraulic clutch system needs bled before troubleshooting anything else.

What application are the pedals from?
The master and slave cylinders were ordered for an 86 T5 F-body?

Huh......we have bleed it and bleed it and bleed it ..... I'm like 100% sure there is no air in it.... let me see if I can remember this right...... the trans came off a v6 87 camaro....we took the pedal assy out of the same car. It is really hard to push the pedal down...well not really hard but more so than my daytona that I have
