9 Bolt Vs. 10 Bolt

Which rear end is better?

Stock 9 bolt 3.45

or

Stock 10 Bolt 3.42

I want to take out my 3.08 out and put something else better in. I'm leaning more towards the 9 bolt cause it would be the matching year and number for my car which is a 1989.

What type of brakes? Is one or both limited slip?

For your own edification, you might wish to give the following links a peek:

Of course it would be Posi-traction limited slip with disc brakes.
