Zexel Torsen Tolerance/torque settings?? Need help in the UK!

Hey guys,

I've got a zexel torsen unit installed in my 84 T/A along with a set of 28 spline axles that I had installed about 8 years ago in the US when I was stationed in Oklahoma. Long story short, I have to rebuild my rear-end along with replacing my ring and pinion. I'm over here in the UK and the shop has no idea what tolerance values to use to set the rear end up correctly since it's not the factory posi set up. I know these came in the 2000-2002 Camaro/Firebirds but I'm sure the values would be different. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

The new ring and pinion will need set up no differently than any stock 99-2002 4th gen specs.

There's no clutch pack in the standard f-body Torsen so I don't think he needs to set up anything further with it. But, questions on it could be addressed by the current owners of the Torsen diff. product line: http://www.torsen.com/

I called them on the phone and was told that the ring/pinion and the rest of it will set up using the factory specs for the car since I used my factory 3rd gen axles (well, 28 spline axles but still 3rd gen) and carrier and not a 4th gen diff/carrier.
