Where is this bang coming from??

When I shift gears, I get a loud bang and I can feel it in the pedals and in the shifter. It only does it when the car is under quite a bit of stress, like if I'm going up a hill or getting into the throttle. But if I shift easy while on flat ground, it won't do it.. So after reading up on other threads on here, I checked the transmission mount. It was torn in half. I replaced it, but that didn't fix the problem. Then I tried replacing u-joints.. I still have the loud bang, and I can't figure it out.

Could it be something inside the transmission?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Check your motor mounts also.
