92 Formula does not move in OD

92 Formula does not move in OD
Hello, I'm new to the forum. After many years of not having my 88 firebird,
I just bought a 1992 Formula 305 TBI with an automatic (Maui Blue).
My problem is that the car will not move in OD , but drives fine in "D". I believe the trans is original to the car and it's a 700R4 (not sure). I have read about the TV cable in these cars. Any suggestions ?
