Transmission problems again!!

i recently needed a transmission rebuild cuz mine finally gave out . the shop did a complete rebuild but now after driving it for a month its shifting extremely poor . its hard to describe i dont believe its the tv cable.il name some symptoms i think are happening. when first driving cold the car shifts fine but after 30 min of driving it the shifts become random and very jerky.it also just started to stall occasionally when i shift from P to D or visa versa . i know its now much to go on but any advice would be appreciated thanks .
