Speedometer drive gear material
Anyone know why type of plastic speedometer drive gears are made out of? I need to know so I can find an adhesive that will work with that type of plastic.

Re: Speedometer drive gear material
I'd try the two-part epoxy that is spec'd for the T56 shifter bushing. 3M has a scotchweld 2-tube product and Loctite has a more pricey (per use) similar product.
I just had a talk w/ an old friend about T5s and T56s and speedo gear fabrication. Drop me a PM if you want to talk more about it.
