700R4 Swap from Factory T5 - Questions
Hey Everyone,
I have a 1992 RS Camaro Convertible w/ 305 TBI and factory T5 Transmission.
I am having a 383 Stroker built with anticipation of putting down 450-525 at the crank.
I am either going to have a built T5 Trans probably from Astro Performance (said to hold 575 foot pounds of torque) or have a 700R4 built to hold the same.
I was wondering what all would have to be done to swap in a built 700R4.
What alterations, fabrications, and additions are needed to perform this swap?
