i have an 83 z28 with a 700r4 auto trans, my speedo cable broke so i went to the junkyard yesterday and picked up another one, there is olny on problem my speedo cable i have now (the broken one) has a red shaft inside that bell like thing that hooks up to the gauge the one i got at the junkyard is blue, now i no there are different cables for like crusie control and other features would this blue shafted cable work?
