Speedo pegs out past 110
Hello all,
Havent done much with computer controlled cars so could use some help here I recently changed my transmission out the original tranny had a nylone gear on the output shaft and a nylone gear in the housing that meshed together and gave the speedo its readout. The new tranny that i put in had a metal gear on the output shaft and a magnetic pic up to control the speedo didnt know if i could change over the gears on the output shaft so i swapped the tail shaft housings and put the magnetic pic up back in so now when i put the car in gear and let off the break the speedo pegs out past 110 and sits on the governor and causes the car to die would rather not have to fight to change the gears on the out put shaft with the tranny in the car is there any way to fix this???

You don't need help.
You already know what needs done.
Get off the computer and go to it.
