I have an '88 IROCZ TPI that I'm upgrading brakes to use LS1 calipers & rotors. I thought I'd replace the axle shaft bearings while I had them out.
None of the parts stores in my area (77076) have, or can find what I need. The axles are floaters (Posi Diff.) The bearings are 2 piece tapered and the outer race is pressed into the axle tubes (2.559" ID.)
I really didn't expect replacing bearing to delay the upgrade. I don't want to remove the old bearings until I'm sure I can get new ones.
I hope someone can provide part #s for the bearings and seals.
