Re: t5 slave cylinder on t56.

The advice in your other thread: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tran...-cylinder.html applies here.

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tran...-t56-swap.html goes over mixing and matching hydraulics.

Pull clutch information I've previously posted:
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/post...822-post2.html

I remain quite curious as to how you already discovered days ago
ok so i mounted up the transmission two days ago and was hearing a noise as if something was hitting.. so i took it down again and found that the clutch plate was on backwards. so i assembled everything back up and now i am hearing a loud screeching noise. it comes and goes but it is extremeley loud. also my clutch pedal just goes in like jello. and it gives no gear engagement except a grinding noise in 3rd and full engagement to 4th. will this be caused by the slave cylinder or throw out bearing needs some grease?
yet are still asking if the parts fit, since you must be running the T5 parts. Right? Please do let us know how the T5 hydraulic line reached farther.

How about getting the new pre-bled assembly like previously recommended by 3 people which by extension indicates you need those parts.

Necromancy seems to be the hot new thing I guess. And funny, jmd did answer clearly..in several other places. So it's necromancy for no reason again.

The thread necro is one thing , I can even possibly forgive it as yet another casualty of "infinite scrolling"
(of course a simple look at the date of the thread one's responding to should be a matter of routine practice) .

But who comes brand new into a forum , post #1 , and goes calling someone he don't even know a "douche" ?????

Were I a mod here , ye ol ban hammer would be a swingin'

Re: t5 slave cylinder on t56.

Hey, he had a question in post #1 here. Then the following year he was espousing the virtues of getting all related donor parts. It seems his question got answered. No thanks to douching, of course.
