Can I get some advice Clutch kit and Rear End?

Hey,

So I am in the process of tearing down and fixing up my 84 Trans Am. Currently, the SBC 350 is tore down and getting tanked this week. Also, when we lifted the engine we noticed the clutch and spacer plate was shot.
My first question what kind of clutch would be a good fit for a sbc 350 that will have some performance parts and a stock t5/5 speed transmission?
Second question.. well before we put the car away it wasn't on the road, but we were doing burn outs and taking it down the road. The last time I did I whipped around a corner and **** it made a nasty noise the whole rear end shifted hard. It would make a nasty clunking noise kind of the like the transmission mounts were broke that's what we thought. Until today the wheels locked up when we were moving the car in the garage. Took the drive shaft out that wasn't the problem then took the rear end cover off and the rear end was missing some teeth on the ring . After the short story what kind of Rear end should I get? I can't afford a brand new rear end it's either I buy new ring and pinion or go to junk yard? My dad's buddies think the rear end wasn't stock because they didn't see posi and the car came with posi originally. This rear end issue really put a nasty feeling in my stomach because this wasn't something I was looking at replacing.
