T5 Making Strange Whirling/Chirping Noises..

Transmission: Built T5 WC
Axle/Gears: 1999 Torsen 4:10 Locker
T5 Making Strange Whirling/Chirping Noises..
I have a T5 in my camaro... now weather its WC or non WC I have no idea.
This week it started making some sounds...Its been purring like a beauty for over a year and all of a sudden its making a whirling/chirping noise. Its not like the backup sound...it is specific to one gear or how hard you are on the pedal. Just randomly makes this sound. It will come and go and seems to be louder when you go over a bump or the suspension compresses.
I am clueless. I have ZERO experience with transmissions. But I do know that it won't hurt to go ahead and drain fluid and replace. So that's the project for this weekend.
