Transmission: 700r4 w/huges 3000 stall
Axle/Gears: 3.73 posi
4l60e-700r4 swap?
I have a buddy who has a blown up 4l60e in his 4th gen camaro and i have a 700r4 that will hold up to his driving. the 700r4 is currently in my 3rd gen camaro, what do we have to do to get it to work and will it even work? any help would be great please let me know thank you

It would bolt up to the lt-1 so u are good there :-) might have to change driveshafts an cross members torque arm mount should be the same I think

bolts in no problem. driveshaft is same, torque arm is the same and all that stuff. just how would it shift? the 4l60e is computer controlled and the 700r isnt?
