Speedometer Gearing Help!

My 1985 Trans Am has the original 700R4 Automatic Transmission but I have recently lowered the rearend gearing from the original 3:23s to 3:45s. What speedometer gear do I have from the factory and what new gear will I need to replace it with so my speedometer will not read approximately 3-4 mph too high? Thanx!
Tim.
