tv adjustment cable question
tv adjustment cable question
i did the tv cable adjustment for the 700r. i have a 91 z l98. and it feels better at shifts. but in the post that ive fallowed, it reads like this 1-2…………………15-20 MPH
2-3…………………25-30 MPH
3-4…………………40-45 MPH
but in my car it goes to 2nd at 10 mph, then to 3rd at 20. so it seems to be shifting faster then recommenations. also when i have trottle at WOT. should the tv line feel hard? or feel free at close and WOT? dont want to burn my transmission.

Re: tv adjustment cable question
Yes @ WOT it should be resistant... That's how the self adjustment works
When its @ idle you can feel the spring tension from the trans correct???
