How to get the speedometer to work?

A T-5 (unknown from what year) was installed in an auto 92 Camaro. How do I get the speedometer and odometer to work? Part #'s of different cables, sensors etc. would help, & whatever else is needed to make it work. Thanks!

There's more, about ¾ of the way down on the page.

Sorry the page is such a jumble, not my idea...
