T5 Flywheel on mild 350 - 16lb or 30lb

I need to purchase a new flywheel for T5 that will be behind a 350.
Question is should I buy the lighter flywheel that Jegs has weight 16lbs or the 30lb Hayes? I see a 10lb flywheel the aluminum also. Street daily driver. I did not see this addressed in the FAQs.

I bought a Fidanza 10lb for a one piece rear main seal 350 from Amazon.com for $305.00 with free ship. Part #198531.
