So where are all the "dime a dozen" 10 bolts in Nor Cal?

So where are all the "dime a dozen" 10 bolts in Nor Cal?
Title says almost all. I've got a 9 bolt from a parts car but almost every time I ask a question or do a search about it the first response is often to get a 10 bolt. Easier, cheaper parts etc. etc. However, I've been on the lookout for one in the SF bay area and a little further afield for some time and so far zip. I'm going from drum/open to disc/posi and so far all of the ones I've seen are 9 bolts. Is someone stockpiling them?
