Not much to suggest...
Make sure you get the right one; remove trans & BH; swap TOB; installation is reverse of removal.
Odds are however, if the TOB is bad, the clutch is probably OLD OLD OLD, and not far behind. It'd kinda suck to take it all apart to do that one thing, then have to tear it all down AGAIN next week. That'd be about 2 hours of your life wasted you can't ever get back.
