ok just changed tranny due to slipping, and new tranny is acting just like the one i took out heres how it acts when you take off in drive you hit the gas rpm goes up then slams into gear and slips but if you put in 1st it takes off like it should then shift into 2nd and acts normal then shift into drive and rpm goes up and tranny does nothing so i shift into OD and rpm goes up a little then takes off like it should and if you let off gas then hit gas again the rpm goes up then takes off like it should, and the tranny i just took out did the exact same thing, tranny is full of fluid and it doesnt smell burnt the iroc has a 305 tpi with 700r4 no mods., any help would be appriciated

 

TV cable connected and properly adjusted? Proper fluid level in transmission?

tv cable is hooked up not shure if i adjusted it properly, fluid level is dead on full

Don't try. Do it right or you'll cook the tranny. There's really good info on here about TV cable adjustment.
