700r4 Missing shift at WOT

I have a 700r4 in my 1986 Z28 and it is missing the shift between second to third at wide open throttle. The transmition works fine under normal conditions it shift fine from first all the way threw over drive and doesnt slip at all it was recentley rebuilt. But when I slam down the throttle it shifts od from first to second but when it goes to shift into third it acts like it shifts into neutral. as soon as i let of the throttle and the rpms go down it shifts into third just fine. I have looked on here and i have seen people talk about the tv cable not being adjusted properly but im almost sure it is adjusted right. I have also been told by somone there is a servo that can be replaced that will fix this but i didnt see any threads about it. Any help would be apreciated.

If it does not have the Corvette servo, then you will need to add it. This should fix it. If not there are some other things that could be done. As for now DO NOT let it do this anymore, otherwise you will lose 3rd & 4th gears, and you will be removing the transmission to replace the 3-4 clutch pack.
