Need help with a T5

Have an '88 Firebird with a T5. Started having issues last week and lost 2nd 3rd and 4th gear leaving only 1st and reverse. Couldn't figure the problem out and somebody recommended swapping in a new clutch, so we did.

The new clutch is in, clutch hydraulics bled but the car WILL NOT go into gear while running. If we put the car in gear then start it the car tries to lurch forward.

My guess is that it's an issue with the clutch hydraulics but I could be way off. Any ideas on how to get this fixed and back on the road?

Thanks!

Which did you put in; a pilot bushing, or bearing?
