601200 - JEGS Flywheels
hey guys i got a question. This number is for a jegs flywheel, 601200. It claims to be a replacement for a GM Performance flywheel number, 14085720
the GM lists at $203 on summit, were the jegs lists for $75!
Im mostly confused as to why everyother light weight flywheel is over $200 exept jegs. Is there anyone on here running the jegs, knows what the quality is or that has looked into this befor?
Thx for any help Rob

Re: 601200 - JEGS Flywheels
I didn't check your part numbers but the $75.00 flywheels from Jegs are cast iron not steel. I'm going to get one for the 400 SB that I'm putting in my service truck sense it won't ever go over 5000 rpm.
If you want to wind your engine much over that get steel. It really hurts when a 5lb. chunk of broken flywheel comes through the floor and takes part of your right foot off!
