New Clutch, Gears Grinding
Ok, so I installed a new clutch (nothing special just a autozone one, was 100 bucks). I put in a new pilot bearing, slave cylinder as well. At first I had this problem where the clutch would loose its pressure and I the pedal had no resistance at all while driving. Was lame because I would have to let go of the clutch to shift and it would just stall because the pedal had no distance for the clutch. But otherwise, problem went away, first 1000+ miles went fine and than I started having problems. Now I can be driving and I will put press the clutch (i made sure its all the way) and the transmission will still be in gear and start to grind or something similar. It's so weird I can feel it in the stick and hear it grinding. I don't even move the stick and it does it, and just randomly. Sometimes when I shift into gear and after im in gear it grinds and sometimes just while its in gear and I touch the clutch. I'm so confused, makes no sense. PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

Yeah, I had a picture of that with the new clutch I got and made sure it was right. I had a broken clutch arm thing, what the slave cylinder pushes to disengage the clutch, but I put a new one of those in. Just about everything clutch wise is replaced...
So any other ideas?

Maybe air in the hydraulic line after you replaced the slave cylinder. That could keep the clutch from disengaging completely.

Is the clutch fork over throwing itself and hitting the pressureplate?

Yeah, im not sure where the master cylinder is, i never did anything with it when replacing the clutch. But I heard it was the same as the one for the brakes, if so I had just done some break work recently....
And I have no idea, how would I know if the clutch fork is going to far or what not. Not sure how it would but i guess possible.
