A lot of confusion about my issues
50k miles on the trans with a shift kit.
adjusted the detent cable as best as I could, directions were confusing. Now the 1-2 shift is really hard, not sure if normal or not.

It's doing the buck and shake the whole car before unlocking the converter deal. Been trying to search on here but I can't understand what I'm reading. Could it be a solenoid or switch or something? Or did I screw up when adjusting the cable?
