Install new rear end

Ok so I have a 92 camaro rs auto which has 2.72 gears with a 16" rim. I would like to switch to 3.73 gears. I would also like lockers and c-clip eliminators. So I guess I would need new shafts also. I do not know if I will need to replace transmission or upgrade it. So I would like to know how much it would cost for a performance shop to do it(ball park figure). If there is anything that I missed please tell me. Im also driving highway also so I dont know if 3.73 gears are good or should I drop to 3.43. About 20 miles highway. I also dont know if that will mess with my torque convertor?
