concern with t56 and hooker headers, slave cylinder close to exhaust
Wondering if I need a heat shield or something for the slave cylinder on a T56 with hooker headers. I'm almost done with the T56 swap and I have the hooker long tube headers which exit right there by it and I have the mufflex y-pipe which runs right past the slave cylinder for the T56. And I'm wondering if anyone else has this combo? Any heat issues? Should I get a heat shield like the ones for starters to cover the slave cylinder is it fine?

That would be ok. How much room is there? Under 1" and I would wrap something
