12 bolt rear with 4th gen fuel tank?
Just like it says, does anyone have that combo? That's what I have but I can see clearance problems with the third member. I want to use the 4th gen tank because of ls1 upgrade.

People put 12bolts in a 4th gen with the plastic tank all time.

I guess I didn't say the 12 bolt has a aluminum truss style cover. The clearance problem is at the top I don't know if a stock cover will help much. The axle will have about one more inch of travel.

Interesting. did you jack the rear up without the springs/shocks in to see if it'll clear???

Wow I must be breaking new ground. I thought someone else would have a 12 bolt rear and a 4th gen tank combo.
