T5 clutch fork alignment
okay, so i had my clutch fork perfectly aligned with the throw out bearing when i bolted my T5 months ago. now, after replacing the clutch slave cylinder the clutch fork is no longer pushed into the throw out bearing all the way, and wobbles around with lots of play on it.... so is there any trick to getting the fork back on without removing the transmission?
any ideas at all would be helpful, i'm just trying to avoid more work than necessary.
also the car was never driven from the time the tranny was first installed to when the clutch fork popped out.

Some play is fine as long as you have the tabs on the clutch fork inside the outer race on the throwout bearing. Like this - https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/atta...g-assembly.jpg
