4l80E same as 700r4 flywheel?

Car: 1986 camaro Sports Coupe
Engine: L31 350
Transmission: 89 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42 gov lock
4l80E same as 700r4 flywheel?
Are both the flywheels the same? I looked online at autozone and both the 4l60 e, 4l80e, and the 89 700r4 flywheels are 168 tooth. Help?

manual transmissions use flywheels, auto transmissions use flexplates.
and yes, they are the same but since the 4L80E was only ever factory installed in trucks it's going to say that the bigger 168 tooth flexplate is the one that fits the application and a 153 tooth one may or may not have the proper torque converter pattern.
