V6 Manual Trans with a V8

I know most do not agree with this, but for now its my only option. I want to use my T-5 trans with my 327 for now, until i can afford another trans. I just want to confirm from my searching around on here. I can use my current clutch disc (9.125 diameter) with a V8 pressure plate and flywheel, correct?

I know most do not advise it, and it wont be abused, but i just want to get it out on the road in the spring so im trying to see how cheap i can get by for now.

Re: V6 Manual Trans with a V8

no, it has to be a 10.5" disc with a 14 spline. I believe its a astro v
an clutch disc or something similar. the 9" disc is a v6 disc and will nto work with the v8 pressure plate or flywheel
