I just installed a UMI adjustable torque arm with X member/DS loop. Under normal cruise its all quite. From the dig or very slow roll into WOT I get a vibration and rubbing noise under the center console area. I looked under the car and it appears the front yoke is rubbing inside the front bottom/drivers side of the drive shaft loop. I'm guessing it shifts under heavy load because its about 1/4-3/8" away under no load. The wear mark is about 1/8" and i can see it on both the loop and drive shaft yoke. It's a 3" LS1 DS, sure it wouldn't hit if it was stock size DS.
So my plan is to just grind/trim like an 1/8" off the DS yoke with a dremel. I know the DS is balanced but I'm just going to give it a little shave.. Anyone have a better idea?

Re: drive shaft rubbing loop
If your LCA are adjustable, shorten them a little bit. This will move your driveshaft forward slightly and may be enough for the yoke to clear the loop.
