Shaking in 1st and Reverse

Car: 1989 Formula Firebird
Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: 5-speed
Axle/Gears: 3:45
Shaking in 1st and Reverse
I have an 87 Firebird V6 5-speed, when I pull out in 1st gear or reverse the car shakes. 2nd through 5th gear is fine. Any ideas on what this could be and how to fix it? thanks
