I've decided to change my t5 for a 4th gen 5 speed.as far as I've found it will bolt up and hold it.found trans and clutch for 200.but will the slave n stuff still bolt up? Also would the speedo still work?
(Only a temp fix till I can afford t56)

Way too much work for no cheese at the end. If you get it bolted in you will break it. You have to change the bellhousing for the V8 version, then it uses the Ford input shaft length! So then you need a mix-n-match clutch. Plus the issue of the pilot bushing. The list goes on.
