Auto trans won't park or go into first.
Hello can any one help me with this? I think I just need to adjust some cables but I don't know how? The shifter looks to be in good condition. Any help would be appreciated.

That's probably not adjustment.
More likely, just needs a new cable. That's what causes that about 95% of the time.
Take a good look at both ends, make sure nothing else is wore out or loose, either at the shifter or the bracket on the trans. If all that is tight, get a new cable.
